Can you share a bit about yourself? 

I am a former lawyer turned life & career coach for lawyers who want to leave the law to start their own businesses or otherwise pursue their passions. I am based in Taipei, Taiwan, where I also work as a paid travel blogger. After I committed to finding my purpose in life post-law-burnout, I realized that my calling was to teach others how they could do the same. That is how Attorney on a Journey was born. 

What is Attorney on a Journey? 

My coaching business focuses on helping attorneys find career clarity, pivot into alternative legal positions, or even break out on their own. My main goal is to help people from all walks of life to find their dream careers and lifestyles. 

Why did you want to incorporate in the US? 

Because I am based out of Taiwan (and sometimes other parts of the world as a digital nomad), it was difficult to sign contracts with US attorneys, use top-of-the-line technology for payments (such as Stripe), or take advantage of various tax benefits for US incorporations. I knew that if I wanted to reach the legal profession in the US, appear professional, and be legally protected, I needed to make a strategic change.
