Founding story
As a hiring manager for 2 decades, I encountered enormous challenges in finding top talents quickly. The critical problem starts when a job is posted on the company's website and thousands of applicants apply for the job openings out of which the majority are unqualified. This adds a burden on the employer to go sift through all the resumes and filter the applicants who are fit for the job.
